Sharpening and profiling of hard alloys on various surfaces takes a leading place in modern technology of machine building. For its implementation, our company offers a semi-automatic machine with CNC for grinding carbide profile knives of model VZ-622F4, grinding with high-strength diamond grinding wheels with cooling. Sharpening is automatic. Knife blanks are set manually by the operator. Clamping of blanks is hydraulic.
The assembly of the grinding machine for profile knives is as follows:
- The front is mounted on the frame with a transverse carriage with a swivel table, on which the mechanism for clamping the workpieces is fixed.
- On the back of the frame there is a longitudinal carriage with a column.
- On the movable carriage of the column is fastened the drive of the grinding head, in the case of which the grinding head is mounted.
The processing area is closed by a fence, on the roof of which is attached a turntable, carrying the body of the console on which the control system of the CNC is installed. The hydraulic and lubrication system is mounted in the base niche. Behind the fence there is an electric cabinet, above it there is an oil mist filter. Behind the bed is installed a system for supply and cleaning of coolant with a belt filter, on the left, an aerosol suction system can be installed.
Four controllable displacement axes make it possible to handle products from one installation on all surfaces. This significantly improves productivity by reducing the extra time, increasing the accuracy of the processed product by eliminating the errors that arise when reinstalling the workpiece, and facilitating the operator's work.
On the machine grinding of other shaped products with complex surfaces is allowed with the use of linear, circular, screw and spline interpolation according to controllable coordinates.Video CNC machine for sharpening of profiled blades VZ-622F4
